Dr. Spiger and team are looking for a reliable, experienced Bilingual Orthodontic Dental Assistant who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and creating positive experiences for patients and families.
We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, flexible, and ready to contribute to a supportive, team-focused environment.
What You'll Do:
- Assist the orthodontist during procedures and patient treatments.
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments.
- Take dental X-rays and maintain accurate patient records.
- Educate patients and families on orthodontic care and treatment instructions.
- Help create a welcoming and positive patient experience.
- Maintain organization and efficiency in a busy clinical environment.
- Work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations.
What We're Looking For:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Required.
- Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Certification – Required.
- Orthodontic Dental Assistant License – Required.
- Previous orthodontic assisting experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to remain calm, focused, and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented.
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
Schedule: Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Travel Requirements: This position requires flexibility to travel between our Willowchase and Telephone Road office locations.
